Every contribution which has been designated towards a Board approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that, when there are sufficient funds for the said program or project, or if it cannot be completed for reasons determined by the Board, the remaining designated contributions for such program or project will be used where needed most. Donations cannot be refunded or transferred to another donor.
