Z1a - Haiti
School Project

 

The El-Shaddai Primary School functions parallel to the feeding centre, approximately 130 students are cramped into a church basement and the adjacent house being rented. There is no water at the school. The church community is drilling a borehole and constructing the infrastructure to provide safe drinking water for the school at a cost of $15,000.

    A gift of $20 or more will support the water project.
    A gift of $100 will buy school supplies for one month.
    A gift of $400
    will maintain a classroom of 20 for one month (including teacher salaries).

Z1b - Haiti
Building Project


   

 

The El-Shaddai church community, in Bon Repos, has plans to build a much-needed holistic Community Health Centre, starting with a church, which will also be used as a school. Later, a healthcare facility will be added. They have started building with volunteer workers, believing God to provide funds.

    A gift of $50 will purchase one square foot towards this construction project.

Family Health Kits

 



In rural areas, many families live two days' journey from the nearest pharmacy. Our health kits contain medications to treat headaches, fevers, upset stomachs, diarrhea, eye infections etc., and also include bandages, vitamins, a copy of the New Testament and a Gospel bracelet which explains the plan of salvation.

Skills Upgrading

 

 

Skills upgrading seminars, conducted by the EMAS China East Team, namely specialty and sub-specialty teaching directed to all medical personnel. Funding is needed to cover costs related to facilities, student travel, and accommodations.

Medical Ins.

 

 


Many families with chronic illnesses, in Dalian, cannot afford the treatment they so desperately need. This program helps to cover the healthcare costs by providing medical insurance for poor families.

Child's Surgery

 

 

Many families of children who need surgery cannot afford to pay for it. The children struggle through life without the interventions they need. Funds are needed to cover the expenses incurred to provide surgery for children with a cleft lip, a cleft palate, injuries, burns, congenital deformities or surgery for a child in need of a traumatic amputation.

    A gift of $100 will cover medications or
    surgical supplies for one child’s surgery.
    A gift of $400 will cover hospital charges.
    A gift of $700 will cover the total cost
    of surgery
    for one child.

Outreach Project

 

 

Healthcare benefits are not available to factory workers and villagers. We try to meet their needs, both physically and spiritually. We also assist in training physicians of Faith.

A gift of $20 will cover the cost of medication for one patient at an outreach clinic.
A gift of $500 will cover required dental supplies on mission trips, for one year.
A gift of $800 will cover a resident’s training for one month.

Clinic Upgrade

 

This primitive thatch clinic is not waterproof and doesn't provide privacy for patients. It is in dire need of an upgrade. Your gift will help us build a brick structure with a steel roof to help improve the delivery of health services to these villagers.

Maternity Ward

 

 

 

At the Rambia Health Centre, near Fort Portal, the partially completed maternity ward is in much need of assistance. The
ward is already in use, but it is the rainy season and the wind is blowing rain onto the patients as there are no windows.

A gift of $150 will fund the construction of 1 square metre for the maternity ward.
A gift of $500 will buy one hospital bed for the maternity ward.

EMAS sponsors mission trips for Christian medical and dental students, to help them find their calling. You can contribute by donating to the Student Mission Fund. Imagine the number of lives that could be touched for God through a young missionary.

Disbursement of funds is limited to Board approved programs or projects. Every contribution which has been designated towards a Board approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that, when there are sufficient funds for the said program or project, or if it cannot be completed for reasons determined by the Board, the remaining designated contributions for such program or project will be used where needed most. Donations cannot be refunded or transferred to another donor.
