The Uganda Team works in the Fort Portal region of Uganda (in the far west of the country, by the Rwenzori Mountains) seeing patients, training Village Health Teams and working in the maternity ward of a hospital. The team needs doctors, nurses (public health, internal medicine and OB/GYN), a pharmacist, a physiotherapist, a dentist and a hospital administrator.

RAMBIA'S Health Centre is located in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains, a very lush and scenic area popular for its chimpanzee tracking tours and volcanic lakes. Simple but excellent accommodation is provided at a conference centre run by the Carmelite Nuns of St. Therese of Lisieux Monastery.
