We are saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Paul Roberts who died peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital’s Palliative Care Unit on Sunday, November 22, 2020.
Dr. Paul Roberts (March 20, 1923 – November 22, 2020) was one of the founding members of EMAS Canada since 1960 and will be deeply missed. His work to serve those in need, especially in Ecuador, has left its mark and is a wonderful example for generations to come. You can read more about his legacy here.
At the EMAS 70th Anniversary Celebration, Dr. Roberts talked about the eternal legacy of service for the Kingdom.
Dr. Paul leaves behind his 2nd wife Lois (Neely) Roberts, David and his wife Evelyn, Jim, Betsy Kikuchi and her husband Koko and his grandchildren Ryan, Jody, Katie, Lora and Amy. Dr. Paul’s first wife, Barbara Roberts, predeceased Paul in August 2008.
